Our trust conference is an exciting time for us to come together as Team Dixons. This year, the theme for our trust conference is joy. It will be an opportunity to foster collaboration, and celebrate the big, bold moments that define us. 

These events are essential; they create joyful memories. But joy isn’t just in the extraordinary – it’s in how we act every day. Together, our extraordinary moments bring joy, but it’s our daily interactions, in classrooms, corridors and communities, that sustain it. We are excited to explore this topic in more depth on the day.

We have organised a day that will allow you to learn more about how we can foster joy across our trust, and collaborate with colleagues. This year, in the afternoon, we have partnered with various organisations, charities and community foundations to enhance the work we do in our communities. There is also a range of options that will allow you to have fun and create moments of joy with colleagues. We have done this to give you autonomy over the activities that you take part in, and we hope that you have an enjoyable day.
