Our professional growth offer is delivered through our Centre for Growth, sitting at the centre of our trust and growing our people, our organisation and our commitment to our sector.

Upheld by our belief in putting our talent first, our approach to professional growth is rooted in self-determination, with a strong focus on mastery, autonomy and shared purpose. We prioritise developing all members of Team Dixons through regular coaching and meaningful feedback, replacing traditional appraisal with ongoing, forward-looking conversations. This culture supports reflection, motivation and continuous improvement, with all staff receiving personalised coaching to help them to have agency and grow.   

Our Centre for Growth delivers a wide range of training and development for colleagues at every stage of their career.
