Jenny Thompson
Executive Director: Development
Jenny travelled and worked overseas before becoming an English teacher, SENCo and school leader benefitting from the support of the Future Leaders Programme.
Jenny initially joined Dixons Trinity as senior vice principal in 2014 and subsequently became head of school. In 2017, Jenny was appointed principal.
During the first lockdown, Jenny was part of the founding curriculum team of Oak National Academy; she is also a behaviour adviser for the Department for Education.
Jenny was a member of the design group for the Independent Review of Children’s Social Care.
Since 2019, Jenny has worked in the role of executive director with a particular focus on professional growth and research.
