What are the session benefits?
Supervision is designed to be a safe, collaborative listening space you to reflect on your coaching to support your continuing development.
Supervision can improve the quality and effectiveness of your coaching alongside being a cathartic space where challenges are shared and understood.
Who are the sessions suitable for:
This session is suitable for Dixons coaches who are actively coaching their team who want to:
- explore coaching challenges and build on their coaching skills
- identify unseen areas, deepen their self-awareness and to celebrate and share successes.
- step away from their day to day work and identify and consider patterns, habits, strengths and limitations in their coaching practice, contracting or the way it is organised in their academy, department or across Dixons.
- discuss any ethical issues that arise in coaching conversations and work through possible solutions to these dilemmas.
- identify patterns and trends to learn from others
What is the commitment?
One three hour session, you can attend multiple sessions to help you develop your skills.
A working camera for Microsoft Teams is required, so everyone can get to know each other.
