Our new careers site, the home of our employer brand proposition, has launched today!

The new website: www.joindixonsat.com is dedicated to supporting our talent strategy by focusing on why and how we put talent first at Dixons. We have made applying for roles with us much easier through our newly designed job page and functionality. The site also gives you the option to sign up to our talent community to hear about relevant future roles, if you can’t find a suitable live vacancy.

Attracting and retaining exceptional staff who are aligned to our values is integral to our mission to challenge educational and social disadvantage in the North. That’s why this project has been so vital in developing our talent strategy, and driving it forward.

Talent first is one of our strategic anchors: we are committed to providing our staff with unparalleled support to allow them to flourish in their roles.
