Luke Sparkes joins the Duke of Edinburgh's Award as trustee

Posted 14th October 2026

Congratulations to Luke Sparkes, our school and college trust leader on joining the board of trustees for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support an organisation that helps hundreds of thousands of young people develop confidence, resilience and essential life skills.

Luke is particularly passionate about ensuring that more young people from disadvantaged backgrounds can access the life-changing opportunities that DofE provides.

Everyone at Dixons looks forward to seeing the impact Luke will make in supporting DofE’s mission and helping even more young people thrive in life and work.
