Who is this programme suitable for?

This programme is suitable for all Dixons staff, no matter their career or life stage, who want to:

  • improve their health and wellbeing
  • perform better and feel calmer
  • help the symptoms of stress / anxiety or other
  • network with colleagues across our trust

Programme curriculum

Led by experienced mindfulness practitioner, Amanda Bailey, who has worked with the Mindfulness in Schools Project, the programme will include learning on:

  • techniques that you can use to feel calmer
  • how to feel more fulfilled
  • working more effectively with increased awareness
  • increasing your resilience in the face of difficulty

What is the commitment?

The programme consists of eight 1 hour 15 minute evening sessions (17.00 - 18.15)

You must attend all sessions to get the most out of the programme.
