How we work in partnership for the Early Career Framework
Our Delivery Partner
We are proud to deliver the Early Career Framework in partnership with Ambition Institute, our provider.

Working across Multi-Academy Trusts
We have formed a Consortium with Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust and Beckfoot Trust to deliver the ECF programme at scale and to facilitate networking across a wider pool of schools with similar contexts and mission.
We value the potential of:
- professional training to improve the quality of our teaching and leadership and provide environments for our children to thrive and achieve
- continuing Professional Development to support MAT needs and strengthen MAT identity
- local networking to disseminate professional knowledge and understanding
- collaboration and mutual support to build capacity at all levels of our respective trusts
We work together by:
- respecting each others' mission, values and stages of development
- serving our schools and removing barriers to engagement in CPD
- promoting diversity and inclusion, and valuing the local context and Bradford's unique characteristics
- ensuring that formal organisational structures and processes bring transparency and clarity of roles, finance, and communication
- being responsive to the priorities and capacity of our respective trusts
- maintaining open and honest working relationships underpinned by mutual respect and integrity
As a participant on the ECF, conferences will be held at any Consortium school, facilitated by colleagues from our trusts and attended by all delegates from across our partnership.
Each trust will hold clinics, coaching and observations within their own network of schools.
