Dear families

We wanted to provide an update following our recent communication regarding the cyber incident that has caused disruption across our trust. We have now been made aware that, because of this incident, there has been a breach of some school information from your child's school. At this point, we don’t know the extent of this information, but we wanted to make you aware as soon as possible as it is likely that this includes some student data.

We have taken immediate steps to mitigate risks. This has included contacting the police and the Information Commissioner’s Officer, and we are working with a team of cyber security specialists to minimise the extent of data loss. 

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. As your child’s school is closed, please email us at info@dixonsat.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Once schools reopen, we will provide an opportunity for you to discuss any concerns you have face-to-face, should you wish to speak to someone in person.
