Join us for a virtual event on Thursday 8 June, 6-7.15pm, that will give you guidance on what to expect from your ECT year(s) and how to find an ECT position. Learn more about Dixons Academies Trust, our mission and values, and see if our trust could be the place for you to grow your career.
We are excited to be hosting this event with a fantastic panel of speakers including Mark Miller, Head of Bradford Research School; Mike Crolla, Assistant Vice Principal, Dixons Centre for Growth; and current Dixons ECTs.
The panel will explore life as an ECT at Dixons, touching on culture and professional growth. They will also talk about interview techniques, application help and what to expect when applying for a job at Dixons. You will also have the chance to ask any questions.
