Early Career Framework – Coordinator support (tutors)

Tailored support for colleagues who oversee the Early Career Teachers Programme in their academy.

What are the training benefits?

We know that mentors make a significant impact on the development and wellbeing of teachers at the start of their career, and we also know that leading mentors and early career teachers is a challenging blend of operational and expert knowledge. We offer dedicated training to support early career framework coordinators (also known as induction tutors) to ensure maximum engagement in their academy and in leading others to flourish.

Who is this training suitable for?

• This programme is for Dixons teaching staff who lead the Early Career Framework in their academy

Programme curriculum

Two training sessions will include learning on:

• the ECF year - ECF active ingredients, process and problem solving
• maximising engagement, nudging, nourishing and intelligent adaptation

What is the commitment?

Three twilight sessions, one per cycle.
