An empowering programme of support for new Dixons senior leaders
What are the programme benefits?
Delivered by Luke Sparkes, Chief Executive, and other staff across our trust, this programme will build knowledge of Dixons leadership principles and practice, develop expertise, and foster a Dixons senior leader network.
Who is this programme suitable for?
This programme is an expectation for any Dixons teaching staff who are new in a senior leadership role. It will support you in:
- understanding our approach in more detail
- supporting you with how to make a difference as a Dixons senior leader
Programme curriculum
The programme will cover learning on:

What is the commitment?
A 2-year programme with face-to-face and virtual delivery
Nine compulsory sessions (including a mix of online twilights and face-to-face afternoons)
Four optional twilight sessions

All new members of Dixons SLT are registered on the programme by their principal.
