Sarah Cowley
Senior Administrator - Dixons Centre for Growth
Sarah works in our Centre for Growth as a Senior Administrator mainly dealing with ITT enquiries and recruitment and the day to day administration of the ITT programme.
Sarah started working at Dixons in November 2018 as the Library Services Lead at Dixons City Academy, before moving to the Centre for Growth in August 2020.
Sarah studied Politics at the University of Lancaster as an undergraduate and then went on to complete a post graduate qualification in HR to gain CIPD accreditation at Leeds Beckett University. She has worked in various HR and training head office roles as well as retail management and implementation roles across the North and North West.
Sarah is also a trust governor at Immanuel College and over the past five years she's enjoyed chairing committees and being a link governor for English and post 16, as well as holding various other responsibilities including wellbeing and training.
