Rhianna Broadley
Teacher of Sociology and Health & Social Care
Rhianna is an ECT Year 1 and teaches sociology and health and social care. She started her teaching journey with Dixons in September 2022 after a year of training and being a teaching and learning assistant, which sparked her love for working with young people. Rhianna has a BA in sociology and has always been fascinated by this subject.
Rhianna joined the Shadow Board because she believes her values are very much aligned to those of our trust: she's passionate about tackling social and educational disadvantage. She is committed to building even further on her sense of belonging to Dixons and gaining a supportive network across other academies - getting guidance from fellow colleagues and being part of a remarkable movement which enacts change.
