Frances Worsnop

Operations and Business Manager

Frances grew up locally to Chapeltown and went to Roundhay High School before studying for her CIPD at the University of Huddersfield. Frances started her career in HR working for a national law firm, before joining her family business within the facilities management industry, specialising in working at height. Her role focused on the management of HR, finance and operational disciplines and assisting the company in obtaining accreditations such as ISO:9001 and OHSAS. She supported the business through an acquisition in 2018, focusing on change management and employee engagement.

Frances joined Dixons Trinity Chapeltown in 2022 as Operations and Business Manager, with a vision to challenging educational and social disadvantage by enhancing operational leadership: ensuring staff, student and community welfare are at the core of strategic planning and processes.
