Natalie Brookshaw
School and college trust leader
Natalie began her teaching career in her home city of Leeds before moving to The Cayman Islands where she taught English for two years. On returning to the UK, she taught in London for four years before finally moving back home in 2014 and joining Dixons Trinity Academy as head of English, where she led one of the highest performing departments in the country. Subsequently, in 2016, Natalie became vice principal responsible for teaching and learning.
In 2018, Natalie opened Dixons Trinity Chapeltown – a new all through school modelled on Dixons Trinity Academy, Bradford. Natalie is proud to serve the community of Chapeltown and is determined that all children will climb their mountain to university, succeed in a top job and have a great life.
In 2023, Natalie was appointed executive principal for our Centre for Growth.
