Sarah Cowley
Senior Administrator, Dixons Centre for Growth
After working for Hallmark Cards for ten years working across Scotland and the North West, Sarah joined Dixons City Academy as Library Services Lead in 2018 and is now in the third year of her role with the Centre for Growth.
Sarah deals with the enquiries and applications for ITT as well as undertaking other tasks including updating the website and creating social media material for our teacher training accounts. Sarah also supports Natasha in the day to day workings of the ITT programme as well as being a main point of contact for our current trainees.
"I really enjoy usually being the first point of contact for those interested in training to teach with Dixons and I get great pleasure from seeing enquirers progress to applicants, and if successful, onto eventually becoming teachers!”
Sarah completed a CIPD level 7 qualification (personnel management), at Leeds Beckett University after initially studying politics at Lancaster University as an undergraduate and has worked in various HR and training head office roles as well as retail management.
