Our culture is built on feedback. At Morning Meetings, briefings and line-ups we reflect back on how the day has gone and the key highlights in learning. Feedback in lessons is given with skill and sensitivity to the needs of individual students. Our learning depends on it. Our teachers have real respect for their learners as people with ideas of their own so feedback from students to teachers is valued and acted upon. Teachers and leaders thrive on feedback too.
